A few months ago we shared images of a baby moose from 1901 and highlighted the work being done by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to manage the rapidly decreasing moose population within the state. You can stay up-to-date on the progress of the moose study at the DNR’s website.
We came across images of another young moose just last week. This moose was photographed at Crawford Lodge in Lake County, Minnesota in 1925.
We hope that these images of this magnificent Minnesota mammal will help start your holiday week off on a positive note!
